Removal Order Appeal
When you receive a Removal Order, you must leave Canada, and return to your home country. However, if returning to your home country would put you or your family in danger, you may be able to appeal your removal to the IAD.You have 30 days after receiving the removal order to appeal to the IAD.

Authorized Representative
Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) requires that only authorized representative can act on your behalf when dealing with immigration matters with the IRCC, they are:
- Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council(ICCRC)
- lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society
- notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
